February Diemond Dies Card Exchange

This was the card I made for my entry into the Diemond Dies Facebook card exchange for February 2015. I used one of the magnets that I made using the CC Designs Sweet Pixie Rose stamp (the video and blog post are HERE) and the Small Diemond Dies Mason Jar.

I decided to make a shaped base card with the Large Diemond Dies Mini Album Mason Jar to lay the magnet on top (it is easily removable since I just used bits of double sided tape for a temporary hold). I made this larger jar from kraft card stock, distressed the edges with Antique Photo Distress Ink and then had fun adding some ash rose colored heart lace, Lawn Fawn hemp cord bow (to match the bow on the magnet), a pink seam binding triple bow, and a pink small ribbon rose. To add a little shine to this softer distressed/vintage card, I added some Glossy Accents on the lids of both jars.
