Well this is the last of the Ranger Dylusions Dyan Reavely “Puppy Dog Tails” stamp set puppies. I colored up this one a bit like an Egyptian sarcophagus. I mean, how could I not, with those striped hound dog ears!
I love how this hound dog came out after Copic coloring it with what I consider a more neutral Steampunk color combination:
Ears, legs and tail: Y00, Y15, Y35 and Y26
Body, N0, N1, N2, E40 and E41
Boots, heart and jowls: E11, E13, E07 and R08

Thanks again for stopping by. As soon as I figure out what to do with all these funky puppies, I’ll be back to share that with y’all. Till then, I hope you’re having a wonderful crafty day!
Hello, you used the term “steampunk colors” in the second video. Can you explain what colors or shades are considered steampunk.
I enjoyed this series. Thank you
They’re kind of earthy or more muted versions of jewel tones. If you google Steampunk colors, you should see a lot of images in this range of colors. Hope this helps!
That is so perfect!
Makes me smile.
We have an Egyptian room so he could hang out with Anubis
and King Tut’s sarcophagus.
Oooh cool, you have an Egyptian room! Awww thanks so much Vicki! LOL
