Mini Layout for a Friend | CraftyPaws

My crafty friend, Myra (YT: BlackCatCrafts13) is currently hosting a challenge, asking folks to make a small 6″x6″ layout (LO). Now I’ve gone down to 8″x8″ LOs but never down to 6″x6″. But I suppose what’s to stop us? After all, there are folks who specialize in Artist Trading Cards (ATCs), which are only 2.5″ x 3.5″!

Anyway, as you might imagine by her Youtube name, Myra likes black cats, most specifically, she mentioned to me that she thought the little cat in the free digi I made a few weeks ago, “Unlikely Friends,” reminded her of her cat, Billy. So I tweaked the little card I made with the digi, colored up the pup like my little Bandito and had fun decorating this mini LO. I may be doing more of those. It was fun and has great impact.

I layered up a bit more, using my EK Success paw print border punch, and just had fun decorating the front and back (which will include my contact information). Quick, fun and easy peasy!

The following is a video share of the project:
