Just wanted to share my next two December Daily pages. I used some free printables that I found online, which I love using to hide my handwritten journaling (I’m not in love with my penmanship).
For Day 9, I used a gingy card and embellished it with a little bit of “Fa La La” washi tape, some small red home made enamel dots, and a simple green brad. The brad enables the card to swivel, revealing that day’s journaling.
For Day 10, I again sewed a little piece of acetate, salvaged from some sticker packaging, to make a pocket to hold the printable card, that has song lyrics from “Deck the Halls” in the perfect teal blue to match the patterned papers I used from the Crate Paper, “Snowy Day” collection. This time, my day’s journaling is on the back of the card. The page is made more “me” with the addition of the little Tiddly Inks free Christmas Puppy, which I colored up and fussy cut out twice in order to pop it up on foam adhesive. I colored up the pup to look like my Bandito, using the following Copic colors: Dog: W1, E23 and E25; Holly: YG13 and 17; Santa cap: and RV 17 and 66.  To add a little shimmer, I also colored the holly berries with a metallic red Gelly Roll pen and the faux fur of the pup’s cap and the ball of the snowman’s cap with a clear star Gelly Roll pen.
The following is a share video of these two pages:
