I have been wanting to make another get well card for my brother just to let him know that I am continuing to think of him and pray for him as he goes through all the things he needs to for dealing with his kidney disease.<\/p>\n
<\/a>I have also been wanting to use this adorable Stampendous “Cling Doctor Kiddo” stamp and “cased” an adorable card that I saw on Jenn Shurkus’ blog<\/a><\/span>. \u00a0The band aid and prescription pill bottle stamps that I use in the background are from the Lawn Fawn “Get Well Soon” stamp set.<\/p>\n The following are the Tim Holtz Distress Markers that I used: I used Sakura Gelly Roll pens in metallic silver and Clear Star to add some sparkle to all the medical tools. I also covered all those tools,\u00a0the prescription bottle, the eyes of the boy and the eyes and nose of the dog with Glossy Accents to add shine and dimension.<\/p>\n Rather than describe the step by step of making the card,\u00a0here’s the whole\u00a0process video:<\/p>\n
