I just wanted to do a quick post to share the birthday card that I made for my crafty friend, Cathy (YT: Huckleberry Herbs and Art). She\u00a0LOVES\u00a0roses and her dog, Huckleberry, so I drew a sketch of Huckleberry holding a rose in his mouth and then used that image\u00a0as\u00a0the focal point of a circle shaped hinged card.<\/p>\n

I used the new-to-me\u00a0Diemond Dies Die-Normous Stack-Ems Circle Nesting Die Set<\/a><\/span><\/span> to make the hinge card base (you can find a hinge card tutorial HERE<\/a><\/span><\/span>). \u00a0Then I found some pretty rose patterned papers to create a dimensional frame by fussy cutting a LOT of roses and adhering them all around the image. \u00a0I used Aleene’s Tacky Glue, Stampin Up Dimensionals and EK Tools 3-D Dots to create a lot of dimension to the rose frame.<\/p>\n
