As you can see, I altered my latest free digi, “Teacup Pup”<\/a> and put him in a pocket on an easel card. Although I drew this digi for all those dog lovers who also love coffee or tea, I wanted to illustrate that the little pup is more versatile than that. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

<\/a>I colored up the puppy with the following Copic markers: W1, W3, E23, and E33. Yup, that’s it! Just 4 colors! woot woot!<\/p>\n

I then fussy cut him out and popped his front paws over the edge of a pocket I created using the Diemond Dies Pocket die (the 4th largest) and part of a Diemond Dies Top Note die (the 2nd\u00a0largest).<\/p>\n

To embellish the pocket and also create a stopper for the easel card mechanism, I also used the flower button, 2 hole button, and the heart button dies from the Diemond Dies Vintage Buttons set. I tied little bows of pink embroidery thread in each button and then popped those up on foam adhesive dots.<\/p>\n

The final touches were just drawing in faux stitch lines around the pocket with a metallic blue Gelly Roll pen and adding Glossy Accents to the pups eyes and nose.<\/p>\n
