As I mentioned in my two prior post, I am working on a holiday puppy (my favorite thing!) wreath project. This is part 3. As each one of these pieces could be used to create a holiday gift tag, ornament, embellishment or card, I thought sharing the process might be useful to you as you craft for your own holiday needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the 5th-6th parts of the wreath, I used three of the pups from the Mama Elephant Yappy Woofmas stamp set<\/a> and Copic colored them using the following colors (featuring my favorite Christmas color combination \u2013 red, white and aqua):
Spotted pup with card: W0, R30, E31, and E33
Golden: YR31, E50, E51, and E31
Terrier: E50, E51, E31, W3, and W5
Floors: W3 and W5
Santa hat, candy cane, present, card and scarves: C0, BG11, BG13, BG15, R35, R37, and R39<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used a Uniball Signo White Gel Pen <\/a>to add highlights to the noses and also used a Sakura Black Glaze Pen<\/a> to emphasize the eyes and noses. Since I was keeping all of these tags CAS (zero embellishments), to add a bit of dimension and interest to each pup, I colored up and fussy cut out a second lid to the present and the Christmas card to pop up on foam dots. I also added Ranger Glossy Accents<\/a> to the candy cane for some high shine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I die cut the images using the 7th largest circle die from the Diemond Dies Die-Normous Stack-Ems Circle Nesting Die Set<\/a>.
